Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
What's the cost of shipping?
All store items shipping rates are based on weight by the carrier. Most orders are shipped through USPS.
How long does it take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 10–14 business days. During holidays or busy seasons, we may need a little extra grace.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Absolutely! Once your package hits the road, we’ll send you tracking info faster than you can say “farmhouse chic.”
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're local to Parsons, Kansas area. During checkout please enter local pickup. At this time local pickup is at our shop. Please grab it within 5 days of completion—otherwise, if 21 days go by without a pickup or contact, we’ll assume you’re no longer interested. No refunds will be issued.
What if my package is delayed or lost in the mail?
Sometimes the postal system tests our patience and our faith. If that happens, contact us ASAP and we’ll help however we can.

Retail greenery and decor (non-handmade) can be returned within 14 days if something's not right.

For handmade/custom orders, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll make it right.
Can I cancel an order?
Because we usually start working our creative magic right away, we only allow cancellations within 24 hours of ordering.
What about digital items?
At this time, we don’t offer digital products—but if we ever do, they’ll be non-refundable.
How long does it take to hear back from you?
We try to respond within 1–2 business days—because we love you, but we also juggle paintbrushes and power tools.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk custom orders?

What's included in your DIY Kits?
Our DIY Kits come with laser-cut wood shapes, 3D cutouts, and stencils—everything you need to get crafty, minus the mess in our workshop. Paint, brushes, and glue are NOT INCLUDED, so you can choose your own colors and style!
Can I customize a DIY kit or Idea for a Private Paint Party?
Of course! We love bringing your ideas to life. Let us know what you have in mind, and we'll create something special for you. You get two free revisions to tweak it just right—after that, a small upcharge applies. Creative minds, steady hands, and holy patience at your service!
Do I need painting experience for a Paint Party?
Nope! Stick figures are totally acceptable skill level here. Just bring your friends, your favorite drink, and a good attitude—We will take care of the rest!
When are Paint Parties held?
We host one Paint Party a month with 2–3 designs to choose from. You'll get all the materials you need (minus the wine!) step-by-step instructions, and a whole lot of fun. Just reserve your spot, show up, and get ready to create something amazing!
How do I sign up for a Paint Party?
Super easy! Just click (Sign Up) or (Book a Party). Pick the date of the party that you want to attend and pick the design you are interested in painting that night.
Is there a deposit for Paint Parties?
Yes—a $25 non-refundable deposit holds your spot (and your supplies!). If you’ve paid in full and something comes up, you can reschedule to another class. We get it—life happens!
