Need an item expedited? Please contact us at [email protected], and we’d love to help with your request. Most orders are shipped through USPS. You will receive an email when your item ships. We trust that your merchandise will arrive safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt. If any damage is found, please email pictures to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will help you file a claim with USPS.

Damaged Items? Oh no! Don't Panic—

We package your items with care. We trust that your merchandise will arrive safely—but once they leave our hands, we can’t always control what happens in transit. Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receiving. If any damage is found, please email pictures to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will help you file a claim with USPS. We’ll make it right, promise. Just be sure to reach out quickly—your satisfaction matters to us! We're here to help (and we care about happy mail).

Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout. All store items shipping rates are based on size and weight by the carrier. Most orders are shipped through USPS. If we offer a flat rate shipping on any products we will have that shown.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade with love—and sometimes a laser—and typically ship within 10–14 business days. That doesn’t include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or big ol’ craft rushes, it might take a smidge longer. But we promise—we’re hustlin’ for ya!

Local Pickup

Live nearby Parsons, Kansas? Woohoo! During checkout please enter local pickup. At this time for local pickup you can swing by and pick up your order at our location within 5 days of completion. We’ll send you an email when it’s ready for pickup with the address. BUT… don’t ghost us! If your order isn’t picked up within 21 days and we haven’t heard a peep from you, we’ll assume you’ve moved on. At that point, no refunds will be given and your item will no longer be available.—we’ve got signs to make and miracles to paint.

We believe in grace, but we also believe in boundaries. 😄 So please stay in touch!

Yes, we do offer local pickup. During checkout please enter local pickup. At this time local pickup is at my home, please be respectful. Orders MUST be picked up in person within five days of completion.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the hands of the shipping gods—but if your package pulls a disappearing act or gets held up, we’ll help you file a claim and do what we can to make things right. We’ve got your back!
