At Kiowa Roots Designs, every piece we create is made with intention, love, and a whole lotta heart. Because many of our items are custom, made-to-order, or one-of-a-kind, we have a few policies in place to keep things fair for everyone. Please read through the details below before placing your order.

No, two handmade or painted designs will be exactly the same. Our wood, leather, glassware, and metal items may have minor defects in the material. The wood may have different cut lines, no wood items will be the same, etc., and glass could have small bubbles.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please email:
[email protected] for return instructions. We accept returns of unused items within 21 days of purchase, with the original receipt. The amount of your original purchase will be refunded, excluding shipping charges, in accordance with our Refund Policy. PLEASE NOTE: custom orders, special-order merchandise, sale, and personalized items are not returnable.

Custom, Handmade & Personalized Items:

Because these items are made just for you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any handmade, personalized, engraved, or custom pieces. No exceptions—we appreciate your understanding!

Custom Designs & Revisions

We want you to LOVE your custom piece! We include two design revisions to tweak and tune your vision and to double check all is correct. If you need more than that, an additional charge may apply to cover the extra design time.

Double-check your spelling and details before hitting “buy” or "approve"— we can’t fix “Jhon” after it’s been engraved.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Damaged item? Oh no! Don’t panic —We package your items with care. We trust that your merchandise will arrive safely—but once they leave our hands, we can’t always control what happens in transit. Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receiving. If any damage is found, please email pictures to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will help you file a claim with USPS. We’ll make it right, promise. Just be sure to reach out quickly—your satisfaction matters to us! We're here to help (and we care about happy mail).

Retail Greenery/Home Decor & Physical Products (non-handmade):

If you’re not satisfied with a physical product, you may return unused items within 21 days of purchase for a refund, excluding shipping charges. Please email [email protected] for return instructions. You must provide the original receipt. Note: custom orders, special-order merchandise, sale, and personalized items are not returnable.

  Cancellations on Handmade Products
  

  We typically get to work on your order as soon as it hits our inbox. For that reason, orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we’re sanding, cutting, painting, engraving, and praying over it—so please double-check your order before placing it!

  A $25 deposit is required to save your spot or book a group event.

  Deposits are non-refundable.

  Paid in Full—

  Cancelling a Paint Party after Signing Up

  We're going to miss you! If you need to cancel a Paint Party after signing up and paying your $25 deposit.

  Non-Refundable $25 deposit—if you have paid in full for the cost of that particular event and need to cancel, we’re happy to reschedule you for another event (subject to availability).

  Life happens—we’ll work with you the best we can to find a new date that works for both of us.
