Handmade with Heart (and a Little Elbow Grease)

Our products are created by us — a husband-wife duo putting our hands and hearts into everything we make. Some of our items are hand cut and distressed, while others are laser cut for precision (especially our detailed words and smaller pieces). We also offer engraving to add that extra personalized touch. Each piece is unique and will have slight variations. We like to think of it as charm with character, beautiful things can have a few dents and scratches (just like life)!

Pricing & Availability

All products are quoted in $US dollars. Shipping and sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your total purchase price. We make every effort to ensure our items are correctly priced and stock quantities are up-to-date, but occasionally this information may be incorrect. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you. At this point, you can choose a similar item or cancel your order for a full refund.

Payment Processing

We use third-party services, including Square and Stripe, to process payments for purchases and bookings (e.g., Paint Parties). You authorize us to charge your designated payment method automatically for upcoming bookings. You are responsible for maintaining a valid and up-to-date payment method. If a payment method becomes invalid or detached due to technical errors, you must promptly update your payment information at https://shop.kiowarootsdesigns.com/my-account-2.

Failure to update may result in suspension or termination of your booking date. We are not liable for errors, disruptions, or unintended actions (e.g., payment method detachment) caused by third-party services.

Technical Errors and Service Disruptions

We strive to provide uninterrupted services but are not liable for disruptions, errors, or losses caused by technical issues, including but not limited to API errors, third-party platform malfunctions, or payment processing failures. We reserve the right to correct such errors (e.g., reattaching payment methods) without liability. For issues related to subscriptions or payments, please contact [email protected].

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiowa Roots Designs, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from payment processing errors, third-party service disruptions, technical malfunctions, or subscription interruptions, including those affecting recurring payments.

Custom Orders & Personalization

We’re honored to bring your one-of-a-kind vision to life! Whether it's a family name, a sweet saying, or a snarky quote—Each custom or personalized order is created just for you—whether it’s hand-painted, laser-cut, engraved, or all of the above. Because of this, all custom/personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Double-check your spelling and details before hitting “buy” — we can’t fix “Jhon” after it’s been engraved.

We know how important the details are, so we offer two rounds of design revisions at no extra charge. After that, if you need more tweaks, there will be a small upcharge—because time is precious, creativity is gold, and hey, we’ve got signs to make!

Need a wedding sign with wow factor? Want Grandma’s favorite saying laser-engraved on a board? We’re here for it—and we’ll walk with you every step of the way (with a smile and probably a paintbrush in hand).

Refunds, Returns & Damaged Items

Because everything we make is crafted with time and intention, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on handmade or custom items. All sales are final.

Damaged item? Oh no! Don’t panic — just email us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right. We’re here to help (and we care about happy mail).

We currently ship within the U.S. only. (USPS)

Orders typically ship within 10–14 business days. This does not include the time in transit.

Shipping may take a bit longer during holidays or when we’re juggling all the things—but we promise it’s worth the wait!

DIY Kits

Get creative on your terms!

Our DIY kits include wood cutouts, 3D pieces, and stencils—you supply the paint, snacks, and good company! Perfect for solo projects, girls’ nights, or a little faith-filled fun with your church crew. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on handmade or custom DIY kits.

Paint Parties — Gather, Giggle, Get Creative

We host monthly paint parties with 2–3 seasonal or themed designs to choose from. It's fun, easy, and you'll leave with something pretty you actually made yourself. (Yes, YOU!)

Want to host your own? Whether it’s a birthday bash, team-building night, church fellowship event, Ladies night in, or just because—We're here for it. Just reach out and we'll help you plan the perfect gathering and schedule a private paint party that works for both of us!

A $25 non-refundable deposit for each person, saves your spot.

Paid in full but can’t make it? You may apply your payment toward another party at another time or you may use towards an in-store purchase.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking.
